What are the shipping costs?

The price of delivery is determined according to the rates of courier services. Over a certain amount we offer free shipping. You will receive detailed information after adding products to the basket and selecting the appropriate delivery method.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If the order is placed before 2:00 p.m., it will be shipped within the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed and shipped on the first business day. Delivery time is between 1-3 working days.

Can I get a product sample?

No, we don't offer samples, but you can take advantage of a 60-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. However, we're sure you won't need to, as the results of our products are guaranteed!

I received a product with damaged product? What should I do?

If you receive your order with damaged packaging, you can contact us by email: netherlands@theconfidenceshop.eu, it is important to send us your names, contact phone number and order number.

Can The Confidence Shop products be used during pregnancy/breastfeeding?
